The Bedfordshire and Luton Wellbeing Festival is now in its third year and a number of events will run from May 3 to October 10 coinciding with World Mental Health Day. The aim of the festival is to promote mental wellbeing across the community and challenge the stigma that exists towards mental illness.

Fest is Best for Mental Wellbeing

The free festival is jam packed full of events, activities and excitement and will be promoting mental wellbeing whilst challenging stigma and discrimination as part of the national campaign, 'Time to Change', England's most ambitious programme to end discrimination faced by people who experience mental health problems.
